Exchanges & Returns

If any item in a customer's order is missing, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, Loughnay will replace it with the same product that was originally purchased. To receive a replacement, customers must fill out form here.


We accept returns for store credit only.
All returned items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
All shipping costs must be at customer’s expense unless the mistake was made by Loughnay. Returned items must be unused and in its original unbroken seal or packaging accompanied with the original receipt. All sales are final for promotional, discounted, or sale items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
